Cancellation Policy

1.1 Conditions for Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing, packing, production, or shipping stage.

Once an order has been processed, packed, produced, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shadazia Visuals LLC sells physical home decor products, including decorative accessories, ceramic items, jewelry organizers, candle holders, tabletop decor, seasonal decor, and related home styling products.

Because our products require processing and shipping, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

If the order has already entered processing, packing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may be declined.

1.2 Cancellation Request Time

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the order status.

Cancellation requests are handled based on the order status at the time of the request.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Approval depends on whether the order has already started processing or shipping.

1.3 Cancellation Outcome

If the order has not yet entered processing, packing, production, or shipping, we will review the cancellation request and process it accordingly.

If the order has already entered processing, packing, production, or shipping, the cancellation request may be declined.

For physical products:

  • Cancellation is not allowed once the order has entered processing, packing, production, or shipping
  • If the order has not yet entered processing, we will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution
  • If the order has already shipped, the request will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy
  • Issues related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, not as a cancellation
